When you use the Interface, we collect limited information such as your blockchain wallet address and completed transaction hashes. We do not collect personal information unless provided voluntarily. We use third-party service providers, and you should review their privacy policies for how they handle your data.

Prohibited Activity

You agree not to engage in any prohibited activity, including intellectual property infringement, cyberattacks, fraud, market manipulation, securities violations, and unlawful conduct.

Non-Registered with SEC

We are not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Non-Solicitation; No Investment Advice

All trades submitted through the Interface are unsolicited, and no investment advice is provided.

Non-Custodial and No Fiduciary Duties

The Interface is non-custodial, and we do not have any fiduciary duties to users.

Compliance and Tax Obligations

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax obligations.

Assumption of Risk

By using the Interface, you acknowledge the risks associated with digital assets and blockchain-based systems.
